– Intro/Intermediate Risk and Decision Assessment, in Perth 7 & 8
November
- Risk Assessment Training: Oil & Gas Focus, in Perth 9 & 10 November
Both seminars are designed to introduce attendees to the concepts and methods necessary to develop defensible risk assessment decisions under uncertainty.
First, on 7 & 8 November we will offer training on risk and decision assessment for problems facing organisations using @RISK and the DecisionTools Suite software. The seminar starts at an introductory level, and quickly moves through the software’s various features and functionality. After two days, you can gain proficiency in using @RISK for applications such as forecasting, quantifying risk, analysing portfolios, mitigating risk in cost estimates, and more. In short, you will be able to run probabilistic simulations on any Excel spreadsheet you can create, as well as be able to understand and present the results to others.
Second, on 9 & 10 November we will offer training on risk and decision assessment for problems facing the Oil & Gas industry using @RISK and the DecisionTools Suite software. This seminar starts at an introductory level, and quickly moves through advanced techniques using the software’s various features and functionality. After two days, you can gain proficiency in Monte Carlo simulation with @RISK, sensitivity analysis with TopRank, making optimal decisions with RISKOptimizer, and modelling decisions and risk events with PrecisionTree for applications such as modelling exploration activity, project valuations, and cost estimations.
